Open communication
Weekly check-insSite visits
We can arrange weekly check-ins and site visits to review progress at each stage of production. From tooling and casting to testing, machining and assembly, those conversations keep schedules, requirements and next steps visible.
One manufacturing partner brings the stages together and provides a consistent point of contact throughout your project.

Danko Arlington is a second-chance employer. We value commitment, reliability and a willingness to learn, and believe meaningful work can help people build a new chapter. This means offering employment opportunities to people rebuilding their lives after incarceration or other barriers to work, alongside the expectations and support needed to succeed on the job.
Our community relationships include Gaudenzia, whose graduates have received job training and employment opportunities at Danko Arlington. Gaudenzia recognized the company as its 2008 Employer of the Year.
In 2021, we participated as an apprenticeship partner in the Baltimore City Public Schools Senior Recruitment Fair, sponsored by the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development. These connections help introduce local people to manufacturing careers.
