On March 17, 2026, Danko Arlington participated in an exclusive small business roundtable featuring high-level officials from the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). Held at the Baltimore City Garage, the event brought together key regional manufacturers and federal leaders including Deputy SBA Administrator Bill Briggs, Regional SBA District Manager Jim Spencer, and local Baltimore SBA Deputy District Director Edward Knox.
As a certified Small Business Hub Zone Concern and one of Baltimore’s oldest continuous manufacturers, Danko Arlington used the platform to highlight its historic contributions to national defense and more recently supporting Operation Epic Fury in the Gulf.
During the panel, the company provided specific insights into navigating modern challenges with high commodity prices, aluminum tariffs, and labor shortages including paths forward such as onboarding legal refugee immigrants.
The roundtable provided a vital feedback loop for the SBA to witness how localized federal support, combined with adaptive corporate principles, drives community stabilization and safeguards critical military supply chains.
